Using aug25 commercial build

This was found while verifying bug 40175, separated out as special case.

The mail server icon should not change to an "expanded folder" icon when
double-clicked.  In both modern and classic skins this is true after launching,
but if you switch skins the mail server icon will indeed be incorrect if
expanded.  Once you exit and launch again, the condition is correct and mail
server icon is OK.  This case is true when switching from modern to classic or
vice versa.

1.  Go to mail window. Double-click a collapsed mail server/account icon to
expand it.  Notice the icon doesn't change appearance, doesn't use the "expanded
folder" icon.
2.  Edit|Prefs|Appearance|Themes.  Select a different theme (classic to modern
or modern to classic).  Apply the new theme and OK the prefs dialog.  Theme is
changed.
3.  Look at mail window again.   Mail server icons show as expanded folders. 
Expand and collapse the server.  Still shows as expanded folder icon when in
expanded state.
4.  Exit and launch again, go to mail window.  Now mail server icons are correct
for the theme and do not change to expanded folder icon when in expanded state.


Not sure who will ultimately own this (skins related?), but will assign to
gayatrib as was the original bug 40175.

This is invalid now.

Switching skins needs a restart now.
Also, Mail Server open/close state persists across skins.
