50389 - profile deletion dialog lacks titlebar

this is a result of sfraser's fix to bug 41741.

to repro:
1. get to the Profile Manager dialog
2. click Delete Profile button
3. deletion confirmation dialog appears...

result: the profile deletion dialog no longer has a titlebar.

actual: this dialog needs the titlebar back, thank you very much. :)

nav triage team: nsbeta3- based on the assumption that in every case the 
elements of the dialog are still user accesible (not offscreen or anything)if 
that is not hte case, clear the minus and resubmit.
Also, is this an easy fix or what? What is the fix? Is it easier for sfraser to 
fix all or for each dialog owner to learn what to do?

nav triage team: reassigning these 'dialogs missing title bar' bugs to sfraser. 
Original owners for these bugs need to provide sfraser with the name of the 
Javascript file(and maybe line#) where the call to open the dialog is made, 
please.
