STR:

1. open message in new tab.
2. goto menu-->Toold-->options tab Display-->Tag.
3. Changing color for a Tag category.
4. the message open in new tab not is updated

2. goto menu-->Toold-->options tab Display-->Tag.
3. Changing color for a Tag category.
4. the tagged messages in messages list pane are updated
4. the message open message pane view not.
Surprisingly, this WFM using current nightly.
Please reopen the bug if you find it's not working
