Themes don't affect the appearance of latest AoL Toolbar. AOL Toolbar's background is white, bo matter what theme I select

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download latest Aol Toolbatr 5.3.6.1
2.Install
3.Launch firefox 3.5
Actual Results:  
Toolvar background stays white

Expected Results:  
Toolbar should match background of others
