User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1) Gecko/20090624 Firefox/3.5 FirePHP/0.3
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1) Gecko/20090624 Firefox/3.5 FirePHP/0.3

On a dual monitor setup, when the default monitor is the secondary monitor (without dock and menubar), and firefox is set to open and fill the monitor, it starts with the proper top position, but the bottom is short (minus the height of the dock) so it needs to be dragged down every time.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Drag it to secondary monitor
3. Stretch window to fill screen
4. Close Firefox
5. Open Firefox
Actual Results:
Window doesn't fill screen, it is short by whatever the current height of the dock is.

Expected Results:
Software to have same height and width as before.
