On WINCE we're hitting these dialogs more often because the delay hasn't changed but the devices are slower, so we just need to set the delay to be higher

Since this is Firefox specific, I just set it in firefox.js, overriding the pref in libpref/src/init/all.js. Easy enough to move but might affect other products (though I think mobile overrides this pref on their own).

Just out of curiousity, what did we change this to? maps.google.com is throwing up a slow script warning using 20091105 and it basically temporarily paralyzed the browser.

Perhaps - During testing I will see how often I see this and report back.
