clicking filter in enabled column but not on checkbox toggles enable/disable

expected result is:
* simply select the line
* enabled should only toggle if click is on checkbox

I don't know what the Mozilla standard is for this, but from a user interface point of view it seems to me that this is a net positive. You have a bigger landing area for your mouse pointer, with no obvious downside.
