While invoking the translator is easy enough (as described in parser/html/java/README.txt), it's somewhat difficult to determine what changes the translator is making.  The 'make sync' and 'make translate' commands should produce more useful output.

Leaving the bug open because there may be other usability improvements to make.  Further changes should probably be filed as depended-on bugs, though.

Bulk-downgrade of unassigned, >=5 years untouched DOM/Storage bugs' priority.
