+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #503138 +++

The Windows CE device we're testing with doesn't have Arial installed, so bug 503138 made it use Tahoma as the default sans font. But Tahoma's metrics are different than Arial, so we should really see about getting that installed on the device, for better web compatibility. Failing that, we might look at including a free font (FreeSans? Bitstream Vera Sans?).
