tools-options window cuts off rt side of content.

They didn't fix this in bug 504042. I'll submit a patch sometime unless someone gets to it sooner. Fix is mentioned bug 504042 comment #5. 

Actually, my 7/19 build has these figures as 48em so they were narrowed sometime since then.  I marked this as regression in case there was a reason for the previous changes making it narrower.
