If I have more than 1 tab loaded, control, without any intervention from me, passes from tab to tab every 20 seconds making surfing impossible. I will have to uninstall Firefox and revert to IE8 as surfing is neigh impossible if I need more than 1 tab!!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox and wait an age for it to load
2. Create one or more tabs

Actual Results:  
Control will pass from tab to tab every 20 seconds

Expected Results:  
Remained on the desired tab

Yes I have a number of add-ons:
1. Adblock Plus 1.1
2. AVG Safe Search 8.5
3. AVG Security Toolbar 2.506.026.001
4. British English Dictionary 1.19
5. ColorfulTabs 3.9.2
6. Download Statusbar 0.9.6.5
7. Foxtab 1.2
8. Tab Slideshow 3.1

Ah! I think the problem might be the last add-on. I will uninstall the add-on and see if this resolves the issue

I have uninstalled Tab Slideshow and the problem seems, for the moment, to have been resolved. However, there is still an issue as the option to scroll through the tabs at a user defined period (Seconds) was disabled!!
Weird :-)
