When upgrading from 3.5.0 to 3.5.1, caret browsing ("Always use cursor keys to navigate in pages" in Options\Advanced) was automatically enabled.
Environment is Win Vista Home Premium 32-bit, no service pack.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Firefox 3.5.0.
2. Upgrade to 3.5.1.
3. Go to Tools > Options.
4. Click the Advanced tab.
5. Click the General tab.
6. "Always use cursor keys to navigate in pages" is ticked.
Actual Results:
"Always use cursor keys to navigate in pages" was enabled.
Expected Results:
"Always use cursor keys to navigate in pages" should have been disabled, as it was disabled before the upgrade.
Not sure if this affects other users.

I can not confirm this on a vista and a win2003 system

This upgrade was a long time ago, we can't fix it anymore, and we couldn't reproduce at the time -> marking as incomplete.
