Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click "Request A new Task "
2.Not select one of  the Start Date and Finish Date or both of them,and fill others with any content.
3.Click "Request"

Actual Results:  
an exception page has been presented to us

Expected Results:  
input is invalid, and do nothing
