Fix gmail wizard to allow one to enter a google apps hosted domain and still configure things automatically. 

If I enter a non gmail.com email, then use that; otherwise add gmail.com on to it - or force the full entry to be consistent.

1. choose gmail in setup new account wizard

Actual Results:  
can't enter your domain email

Expected Results:  
let me enter my domain's email, don't automatically add "gmail.com" on the end.
