50530 - Profile doesn't remigrate

Wanting to get more of a fresh start with recent builds, I deleted my profile
directory prior to installing the 8/25 build.  However, I was unable to
successfully migrate my profile.  I am running on WinNT.  Here are the steps I
followed.

1) Have an already migrated profile from PR2.
2) Delete Users50 directory.
3) Delete Mozregistry.dat
4) Delete mozver.dat
5) Install 8/25 build
6) After a long time, the profile manager comes up with the list of profiles I
had on my machine for 4.x. I select the one I want.
7) Seamonkey continues to start up, but there is no activation and no evidence
of profile migration.
8) When the browser finally is up, I have none of my bookmarks (i.e., my profile
is not migrated.

I have tried this with the 8/24 build as well.  Same problem.

Nominating as dogfood.  This bug has prevented me from using the latest builds
because I don't have my profile.

Check for ~/mozilla/registry.dat - a new file containing profile information - 
remove it for migration.  mozregistry.dat is still being used by install folks, 
but profile data is now stored in this file (maybe in c:\winnt on 95,98 or 
HOMEDRIVE\HOMEPATH on NT and 2000
