When adding a bookmark for a new page, and using multiple tags separated by commas, and entering in a tag name that would scroll the textbox to the right, if the currently-being-entered tag name exists, the autocomplete box appears properly, but the textbox scrolls all the way to the LEFT until the tag is completed by selecting a tag from the list, or pressing enter, typing comma (,), etc. The text box position is properly restored also when the currently entered text no longer has any autocomplete candidates. The correct text is still entered. I have not tested for updating existing bookmarks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a tag name such as "thisisanexistingtag"
2. Bookmark a new page using Ctrl-D
3. In the "Tags" field, enter some tags, new or existing, to position the caret near the end of the visibile textbox, (e.g. "test,tag,bookmark,another,apple").
4. Begin typing a tag name which triggers the tag autocomplete box.
Actual Results:  
1. The tag autocomplete box appears properly
2. The text box scrolls to the far left (for LTR language) as text is entered.

Expected Results:  
1. The tag autocomplete box appears properly
2. The text box scrolls to the far right (the END of the text, for LTR language) as text is entered.
