IT exception occur when I input "-1" in the completed percentage box in the edit page of the task.

Steps to Reproduce:
"1) Click on ""Edit"" button
2) Input -1
3) Click on ""update"" button (right side)"
Actual Results:
Exception occur
Expected Results:
An error message is displayed.

It seems that you are confused - this is the bugzilla website of mozilla.com (used for Firefox, Thunderbird, etc...), not the one for the product that you are trying to file a bug on.
