If i edit a message with attachment as new, i can see the attachment but the recipient gets an email with a destroyed attachment (.doc)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit an email with attachment as new
2. Send it
3. Recipient gets an email with destroyed attachment
Actual Results:  
attachment destroyed

Expected Results:  
attachment should be readable

i will add the exact build identifier later.

Manfred could you reproduce and log the imap protocol while you are doing it ? see https://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:Logging for instructions on how to do that.

Could you also save and attach an email before you edit it and send it. Attach the sent version and attach the received version ?
