I need to make a query to find all bugs except those that have keywords attached.
I have:
bug #1 with keyword "test"
bug #2 with keyword "test2"
bug #3 without any keyword
assume that I also have many others bus with others keywords.
How can I find bug #3 and other bugs that don't have any keywords.
