Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Minefield with new profile
2.Open URL.
3.Narrow browser window width
4.Scroll to buttom of page
5.Widen  browser window width  by mouse drag
Actual Results:  
Contents are not repainted correctly until mouse up.
White space area is displaye at the bottom.

Expected Results:  
Contents should be repainted while mouse drag.

This issue does not occur on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.2pre) Gecko/20090721 Firefox/3.5.2pre ID:20090721044632

Do you know when this regressed on mozilla-central?

(It might have been when bug 67752 landed; i.e., right after (or maybe right before) the May 5 nightly.)

In addition to Comment #3

It is difficult to find regression range in practice.  Because Minefield hung up when I change window width.

Anyway,It easily reproduce without being hung up in the following build
