Spun out from bug 500142 comment 14. We should unify the way we generate the program name/location, there are at least two instances where we do this currently:

mail/build.mk
mail/app/Makefile.in
Still there, but in mail/app/Makefile.in and mail/testsuite-targets.mk
Severity: normal → S3
