Please change "Film" category to "Film/TV"

Rather than creating a separate "TV" category to accommodate submissions like the one below, let's conserve category space by joining the two categories.

Can make it "Film and TV". "Film/TV" causes all sorts of URL pain (think about what happens when you type it in!
Is that OK?
