What more needs to be done? David has svn access already...since you mentioned "new it" in comment #1, I've not added him to sysadmins.
I guess there's nothing that can be done until svn.mozilla.org/it gets created...I don't know where stuff I'm doing should get checked into. So Sysadmins is private and IT will be public?
