If you press stop as this page is showed (to stop the banner ad animation) and
cause repaints by selecting text or moving windows, the background becomes grey.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL
2. Wait for the page to load.
3. Press the stop button (even though it is greyed out, it will stop
   the banner ad animation)
4. select and deselect some text. Now the background of that text will
   be grey.

Actual Results:  The background became grey on the areas that had been repainted.

Expected Results:  Have the whole page become grey or not change it at all,
depending on what the HTML sais.
I can reproduce the bug on my linux build 082921.
Reproduced on Linux 2000083111.
