50653 - Only first paragraph of a multiline form gets submitted

I just tried to file bug #50652, but ended up having to enter everything in one
line - the remaining paragraphs never got submitted. After I submitted it, I
went back (with the back button), and the rest of the from didn't appear there
either (although the first paragraph did. I know I didn't accidentally delete
it. (I made certain the 2nd time). Marking critical because of the data loss.
