Wen I am downloading a files if I have a file that as the same name as the file to be downloaded but with a .part extension it will overwrite that file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a file name dud.exe.part on the desktop
2.Download an exe file named dud
3.Save it to the desktop
4.dud.exe.part is deleted
Actual Results:  
Deletes dud.exe.part

Expected Results:  
Saved the downloaded file as .part2

This will cause data loss.

Reporter -> Are you still experiencing this issue with the latest version of Firefox 3.6.15? Does the issue occur with the latest nightly? http://nightly.mozilla.org/
