jpeg/jpegOS2.def is obviously completely obsolete (lists incorrect calling convention, without underscores) and hasn't been changed since 1998. It should be removed, just like the corresponding Win16 files were deleted in bug 459047.

remove it
The requestee field was empty. Since I was cc'ed I took it that you wanted me to review this. In fact, the file was taken out from the Makefile way back in 2000, so nobody will want it ever again.
