Description

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_5_7; en-us) AppleWebKit/530.19.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.2 Safari/530.19
Build Identifier: mozilla/3.5

I have three major teething problems running firefox 3.5, no back button or forward button, they are continually grey, and it refuses to open my homepage on opening, I have to open manually and thirdly, when I open the customisation page to see if I can drag a new back button onto the taskbar, I cannot get firefozx to recognise the DONE button so I have to close firefox and begin again
please can someone get back to me to let me know whether these are isolated incidents or a more widespread bug

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tried reinstalling v3.5
2.Have been to the customisation page, but the back button is not there
3.
Can you try this:

Version: unspecified → 3.5 Branch
Could also just be caused by an add-on, in that case running Firefox in its safe-mode should make that clear: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

I had the same issue, but it worked in safe-mode. Resolved by uninstalling Favicon Picker 2 (0.6.0.12) add-on.
Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode or a fresh profile? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

No reply from reporter, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 4 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
