Download Manager fails to show what files are being downloaded says "undefined"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to a website
2.download a file
3.look at download manager no files
4. look at bottom right says "one active download (undefined)
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
Closed: 15 years ago
Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
