507014 - Correcting Idealist name on ES site

Hi Austin and team:  We need to replace mentions of "Idealist" on the ES site with Idealistas.  I believe I've found all instances and double checked the registration email as well.

Here is what I found, but let me know if I missed anything :)

Please attach what you have so far.
I will work on this today and make a Search and Replace for the remaining 'Idealist' -> 'Idealistas'.

In the last messages.po and faq.php commited yesterday I change every appeareance. I think that we need to change some place where it's the default value. In some places of messages theres a variable to this name and i don't know where I have to change it.
