507310 - Multiple-developer add-ons don't consistently list all authors / hyperlink #others

(I searched, and didn't find an open bug on this.)

STR:

1. Load https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/9331
2. Look at "by stephend, clouserw, vish_moz" under the "A9" name
3. Below, look at the "Developers | stephend, clouserw, others" line

Two things:

[1] I'd expect that if "others" were there, it would be hyperlinked like we used to do, -or-
[2] If not that, then vish_moz should probably be listed twice: once as mentioned above, and below, in place of "others" -- we have plenty of horizontal space so that's not an issue

yeah, that's weak.  Since we're not hurting for space, here is a patch to show up to 999 users.
