1. Launch Messenger in default Modern skin
2. Select Task->Mail to bring up Compose window
3. When Compose window comes, notice that HTML widgets and paragraph settings 
are visible (Gray on blue background), but when I...
4. Set focus in the Body area
Actual result: HTML widgets and paragraph settings colors are changed to dark 
blue which makes it hardly visible (Dark blue on blue)
Expected result: Should be more visible. 

This occurs on LINUS and Mac, window build not available.
This has been fixed with recent updates to this toolbar.
