Hey there. We need to translate the missing pages to German. Anyone would like to help me? Thanks in advance! :)

There are:

about.thtml
compatibility_developer_tips.thtml
compatibility_user_tips.thtml
developer_agreement.thtml
developer_faq.thtml
statistics_help.thtml
validation.thtml

Not all of these need to be translated at once, or today, of course.

Should I grab the pages from somewhere, but svn seems to have only trunk and outdated versions.

Sorry, I am not completely sure what you mean? The English pages are on trunk: http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/addons/trunk/site/app/locale/en_US/pages/

So we would need to download the ones from there, replace English with German, then I can upload the resulting file into the German SVN folder.

It changed a couple weeks ago and there is at least 1 bug filed to tweak it again.  While we're changing the validation tool as much as we are, and with no versioning system for these pages, I don't think I can call it done.

Arch, thanks a lot for your translations. I'll make sure to land this next week, before I go on vacation.

The translation sounds a little weird, but only because the original is no less weird. I'll try to smooth this out a little.

Should I also translate developer_agreement.thtml? The first lines are:

I reviewed these, made very little changes (there were a few English words left, for example), and committed all three of these to r51016. Thanks for your help, Arch!

Wil, should I finishe the translations or aren't the files in use anymore in AMO 5.1?

I'm not sure which files you're talking about.  https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/localizers/pages?userlang=de will show you which files have or haven't been translated.

These pages are turning into .po files in zamboni.  I'll call this fixed since so many have been done here, but if I were you, I'd skip any others. Thanks.
