+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #496375 +++ Split off per Bryan's comment to cover the folder-pane icon. New icons for the "Send" button in the composition window have been introduced for the qute and gnomestripe themes. That icon is reused for the "Sent" folder icon (currently an empty stamp versus new stamp design with @-motive). Quoting bug 496375 comment #25: > As a variant for the Sent folder, if the arrow-version is taken as the "send > action" icon, a modified version as folder icon replacing the arrow with the > postmark symbol could be used to indicate "this has been sent" as a metaphor. Thus, the task here is to add an "@" as motive into the 16x16 folderpane icon and - if it fits and looks good - some red postmark into a corner to indicate the "sent" status as suggested.

No, sorry. I don't think this is going to make beta4 because we're already too close to release

Comment on attachment 409061 [details] [diff] [review] patch for gnomestripe and qute(xp) this only modifies a image, do we need a code review at all?

Comment on attachment 409061 [details] [diff] [review] patch for gnomestripe and qute(xp) I don't think we really need to get a code review on this but sometimes it's fun to annoy philor with these anyway :)

It is hard to see @ on my laptop... Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.6pre) Gecko/20091105 Lightning/1.0pre Shredder/3.0pre ID:20091105031709
It's a bit on the light side, yes, but has the same weight as the @-sign in the Send button for composition, so that's still consistent. It shouldn't be too dominant either, and the recycle symbol on the Trash can is a bit weak as well (also a limitation of the 16x16 size and the associated blurring).
