User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.1pre) Gecko/20090717 SeaMonkey/2.0b1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.1pre) Gecko/20090717 SeaMonkey/2.0b1 When reading emails in Yahoo inbox, version 2.0b1 stops responding, causes you to force-quit the program. When attempting to read from the news section of Yahoo from the main page, the browser also stops responding. When the browser is shut down and brought back up, it opens the previous page back up and crashes again. You have to be fast to hit the HOME button before that happens. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Yahoo.com 2. Click on any link in the NEWS or FEATURED section on main page. 3. When browser locks up, click the X in top corner to close the browser, or CTRL ALT DEL. 4. Some times the browser asks if you want to restore the session.. some times it restores without asking and locks up again if you aren;t quick enough to press HOME. Actual Results: Browser quick responding, could not click on any buttons to get out of it. Waited almost 10 minutes, then clicked the X on the top corner to exit the browser. This time it asked if I wanted to restore the session, I unchecked the Yahoo tab, and kept this one selected to restore. I don't always get a restore options, sometimes it;s forced. Expected Results: 2.0b1 should have loaded the page like normal, as in the previous stable versions of Mozilla. I hope this will be fixed. I love using Mozilla because of it's combined email program, and it's better security.
Correction: Actual Results: Browser QUIT responding, could not click on any buttons to get out of it. Waited almost 10 minutes, then clicked the X on the top corner to exit the browser.
