nsIDebug is and always has been useful and used by languages such as JavaScript to enable programmers to land in a debugger. Bug 325229 marked the interface as deprecated with little consideration or discussion. Darin indicated we could remove the label. So I'd like to do just that.

Once this bug is fixed, i'll arrange for devmo docs explaining the interface.
