507894 - "Enter integer value" input field is not highlighted

Description

STR:

- Go to about:config
- Go to the pref browser.download.manager.retention
- Double click 

Current result: you see the current value with a blinking cursor behind it
Expected result: current value is blue selected so that you can start to type rightaway

Not sure if this is already covered by one of the bug 178324 blockers. Would be surprised for this is very noticeable.

Actually, reading this again, this bug is the other issue where element.focus() doesn't select the text contents. I'll reduplicate it to another bug where this is clearer from the description.
