Details |
Bug 490638 changed live chat CSAT polls to use the Fastpath ID instead of the web client ID in the poll names. In order to allow older data to be queried by the new metrics dashboard, we need to convert older CSAT data into the new format. This will involve a script to run on sumotools that will generate SQL to be run on production, similar to bug 487290.
