done for all locales mentioned that are on mozilla.com except en-US and ja

For en-US, the page has several recent changes that makes it a bit too different from other locales to use the code I use for other locales (mozilla foundation text, personas text, different styling of the lower part...). The survey should be added manually for this one, since I'll be travelling tomorrow, we can see that on Tuesday or you can ask a webdev to do it in the meantime.
