There is one. Just click the RSS icon and choose the "Page changes feed".

And the RSS feed should be linked using RSS auto-discovery from the (page's) History page (that page instead links to the global Recent changes feed).

The one in the URL bar. Just click it and you get several feed options; one of them is the "Page changes feed".

OK, the RSS feed for the page history page should be the page changes feed, though, instead of the global change history. I'll file a ticket with MindTouch on that one.

Moving over to Kuma. I like the idea of having a feed for single page history. Or is this provided through the watch feature? Thoughts?

I suspect some people would like to have this. It's not something I would use, but it could be handy. I don't know how feasible it is.

Part of the problem we had with MindTouch was that it was maintaining feeds for every page on the site, resulting in a lot of background processing.

Well, I would use it, though it would be even better if there was some kind of feature that made a user-specific feed, including all changes to pages specified by that user.

This would be more useful, really, if you could do a page and/or a subtree and have a feed for those changes. This would let, say, a JavaScript developer keep an eye on doc changes to the JS docs so they can tech-review on the fly.
