Sorry to say this, but this fix is wrong.

According to Serbian language rules, all language names are written with a lowercase first letter.  Thus "енглески" (not "Енглески")for English, "руски" (not "Руски") for "Russian", and "српски" (not "Српски") for "Serbian" 

[Serbian Ortography, Chapter I, Art. 15. (on the use of uppercase)]:  "[...] у придевима изведеним другим наставцима (придевима односа) пише се мало слово: српски [...]" "[...] in the attributes derived by other suffixes (the 'relationship attributes') lowercase letter is used: Serbian, [...]"

I understand that this rule violates the uppercase symmetry of the dropdown box, but that's simply how things are in Serbian.

Sorry for not having seen this ticket before.
