After we back off the idle timer on mozilla-central and mozilla-1.9.1 (bug 507545), we should be actively re-testing builds periodically, or when load is low, to get more test data. We could probably use the work done in bug 488732 on the talos masters. i.e. periodically re-test the latest build N times.

Summary: Re-test talos builds → Re-test talos on existing builds during idle times
With the load on test masters and the wait time challenges we are facing I suspect this idea is unlikely to be worked on any time soon. I'm closing this as WONTFIX and at some point if this idea comes up again and is about to be actually worked on, a new bug can be filed to track progress.
