1) start private browsing and go to youtube.com
2) watch any video 
3) click the full screen button
4) hit esc to get out of fullscreen
4a) click the webpage to regain focus (this step is optional)
5) cmd+shift+P  does not work anymore to stop private browsing
note: using the tools menu option still works fine

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) start private browsing and go to youtube.com
2) watch any video 
3) click the full screen button
4) hit esc to get out of fullscreen
4a) click the webpage to regain focus (this step is optional)
5) cmd+shift+P  does not work anymore to stop private browsing
Actual Results:  
private browsing not stopped

Expected Results:  
private browsing stopped
