508691 - Cannot acted upon security warning modal dialog

When I try to check and uncheck checkboxes of the security warning dialog (Preferences > Security > Warning Messages > Settings) nothing happens.  My Mozmill test will just hang until I close the dialog.  At this point the Mozmill test fails because it has lost reference to the window I just closed.

I'm not sure if this is a dupe of bug 492136 but it is definitely related.  In my case, I'm not looking for failures.  I just can't do anything with the dialog.

This blocks bug 508669 and bug 508670.

The code which opens the modal dialog has to be placed *after* the "md.start()" line. Otherwise the current thread hangs and Mozmill too. => Invalid.
