508697 - File explorer has a number of visual defects

These include:

- horizontal scrollbar no longer properly docks when fully left and
  vertical scrollbar has same problem when fully down
- extraneous 1px border around file browser
- selected label jumps ~1px down
- selected label has border that is 1px too thick on top
- vertical and horizontal scrollbars show for projects panel when file
  browser first opened
- vertical scrollbar kicks in unnecessarily when horizontal scrollbar
  kicks in
- lists in horizontal tree doesn't have right-hand border
- icons in list incorrectly placed
- font not right
- row height not right
- detail pane color should probably match background color, or should
  fill entire area
- actions box isn't properly rounded and space from left to right is
  inconsistent
- arrow and gear icons shouldn't have semi-transparent background
- need people icon for files
- grabber styling doesn't match scrollbar styling
- grabber has three lines instead of two
- horizontal scrollbar doesn't properly scroll to the right

Because of some current possibility that we'll switch the file explorer to DOM away from Canvas, I'm not going to rectify these issues.

ACETRANSITION

The Skywriter project has merged with Ajax.org's Ace project (the full server part of which is their Cloud9 IDE project). Background on the change is here:

The bugs in the Skywriter product are not necessarily relevant for Ace and quite a bit of code has changed. For that reason, I'm closing all of these bugs. Problems that you have with Ace should be filed in the Ace issue tracker at GitHub:
