In Preferences section, Privacy, in previous Firefox 3.0, you were able to allow cookie(s) to remain without being automatically deleted. This function does not work in Firefox 3.5. You can type in URL of website to allow cookie to be set, but when you close Firefox, it automatically deletes any cookies allowed that you previously entered. Please fix this bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. CLick Edit, Preferences, Privacy
2. Click Exceptions button for Cookies
3. Type in URL of site, click Allow button
4. Click Close button
5. Close out of Firefox
6. Restart Firefox and repeat steps 1 & 2. Cookie you allowed has been deleted.
Actual Results:

Cookie that you allowed has been deleted.

Expected Results:
In previous 3.0 version, any cookies allowed were saved and not deleted, even after you set up in Preferences to delete browsing history including cookies.
Having "Site Preferences" checked in the "Settings for Clearing History" window
would cause this.
Severity: normal → S3
