Compositor broke it and nobody noticed. :-)

The patch also removes _destinationFloatValueForScroller which was only necessary on Panther.

Smart Scroll X will have to rewrite their implementation, but that's fine. They shouldn't be hacking widget in the first place but instead make a real Firefox extension.
