is malformed and causes mozilla (linux build 2000083021) to crash.

Reproducibility: Every Time
Steps to Reproduce: load mozilla and exit
Actual Results: crash
Expected Results: clean exit

This was 'fixed' (taking the scenic route):

Not quite sure why that's broken (checkin comment: "Oops") though I suspect the
real problem lies somewhere in c++ code.
