I noticed that firefox seems to interpretate downloading window as the last session.

In fact I noticed that if I close the main navigation window (with lot of tabs) before the downloading window (I set the auto-close when all downloads will terminate), I will lost the navigation history.

Hope it could help improving this wonderfull product.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open few tabs and navigate
2. download two big files (you need download window to remain open some time)
3. close the browser window (not the download one) and eventually confirm session save)
4. attend downloading window to end downloads and auto-close (eventually close the downloading window)
5. restart firefox (you would note all tabs disappeared)

This is a dupe of a bug already fixed. It will be in 3.6 & maybe a 3.5.x release.
