Report of a one-time hang, in a test that isn't even slow, is kinda useless without a stack trace :(  The good news is we should be getting stacks for hangs now.

I'm not closely monitoring SeaMonkey oranges lately,
but let's assume V.Incomplete (ftb).

NB: From my point of view, this bug is more WorksForMe than Incomplete, but anyway.
